Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services, to assess job applications, to run and protect this website and, with your consent, to understand how the website is used. By sending us the contact form or an email, you consent to this use of your personal data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications:

- Email: Google Workspace (Google)
- Delivery of contact form messages: Postmark (ActiveCampaign, USA)
- Spam protection for the contact form: Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, USA)
- Website statistics, only with your consent: Google Analytics (Google)
Transfers outside Singapore
Some of these providers and members of our team process personal data outside Singapore, for example in the Philippines and the USA. When we transfer personal data overseas, we make sure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires. Contact form messages are not stored on the website; they are delivered to us by email.
Your rights
You may ask for access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. You can change your cookie choices at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
